Our large 6,300 square foot facility features an expertly selected array of exercise equipment including: ellipticals, treadmills, stair-climbers, upright and recumbent Lifecycle bikes, spin bikes, rowing machines, Olympic free weights, and a complete circuit of Nautilus machines. Our studio is specifically designed for our group exercise classes including Yoga, Spin, Core N Strength Training, and Pilates. All Fitness West classes are included with membership. Fitness West is conveniently located in the heart of Pacific Beach with ample parking in the Pacific Plaza II Shopping Center.
